    495 extra high profile Natrelle’s over the muscle took me from a 34B to a 34E.

    That’s what the surgeon recommended thankfully as it was what I wanted too.

    ive seen a couple of surgeons and they have never said anything about profile, know it crazy but id rather they look fake like high and round… Is that what look high profile gives? xx

    I asked for them to look semi fake at my consultations and that was what was recommended. However they only look slightly fake if I wear a push up bra. Otherwise they still look quite natural with me. Feel free to add me to see my pics. Xx

    Yeh I know what you mean like obviously I wouldn’t want them to look daft and stuck on but I think if your going to get them done and pay the money they should look like they have been done… thanks ill add you now, have they changed loads over the 4 months xx
