400cc High profile partials?

Hey girls,
Booked my surgery date with mr singh :)!!!!
I have slightly tubular breasts so he is giving me 400cc high profile partials. i am currently a 36/34b or c. I’m 5’4 and wear size 12.
anyone with similar stats to me had similar surgery? would love to see some piccy’s too! Do you think 400cc HP will be too big for me? i don’t really understand what high profiles look like. xxx
