400cc HP Post Op Girls

I’m currently 6 days post op, I am patient and know this is all about waiting for the final result but I’m just wondering if anyone can share there pictures from a few days post op to show how they change? I was a flat A before I’ve had 400cc HP unders and was told it would take to me a DD, im wearing a 34D post op bra which just fits, will they get bigger or? I’m really hoping so because I’d like them to be bigger lol! There like cones at the moment lmao.

I’m so glad you posted this! I had 450CC HP Overs (round) and I’ve been feeling really flat – I’m 4DPO, when I woke up after my surgery I cried and panicked because they looked too small and they were like torpedos, there was no roundness to them at all! I went from not filling a A cup and I had no crease under my boob and pretty much no breast tissue (specifically in the lower pole).

The last few days I’ve been so tearful and depressed because I didn’t like them but absolutely everyone, my surgeon, nurses, friends that have had theirs done, say they are absolutely going to change, it’s just all the swelling and the skin stretching, the saline and the air in your breast pocket and the implants sitting high!

I’m exactly the same. Mine have changed ever so slightly since daily! This morning they definitely look fuller and rounder. Just give it time lovely. They’ll look bigger when they d&f and when the swelling subsides!

Ahhh I know it’s hard to imagine what they’ll look like so I just wanted to see other people’s pictures so it would make me feel better haha. I had Nr Netri he is lovely xxxx

Those will definitely settle down more and fill out a larger cup for sure! You can see how high up they are on your chest right now- that’s where the muscle is gripping onto them. Once it relaxes and allows the implant to drop into the pocket you’ll then find the implants shape isn’t as constricted, giving you that fluffing effect and less of a torpedo boob which is the term I have seen a lot! But that’s going to give you a great result!

I had 375 and 400cc hp overs
Flat 32b before hand, I was quite cone like for about 2 weeks! Just starting to soften properly now (5wpo) Xx
