400cc HP Unders

Hi girls
My surgery is booked and met with Dr Mounir today and had my pre op. After discussing sizes I have decided on 400cc high profile under the muscle. I am currently a 32A, although Dr Mounir seems to think I’m a B (I think not) Any girls had this size so I could have a look at your pictures to see how big roughly?
