400cc over or under

Hi Girls, im booked in tomorrow with Dr Traynor in preston and i’m unsure if to have them under the muscle or over iv had 2 children and i’m currently a 34B. Any suggestions> xxxx

Heya I’m having 400cc and going under as was told there are less risk for under with c/c and bottoming out etc. I prefer the rounder look but feel this could still be achieved with a good push up bra lol and I also have a child so not sure I want them rounder looking for when I take her to nursery etc xx
