Hi ladies
Looking for opinions on implant size. I am currently a 32b, having had 3 kids I have lost some volume at the top of my breasts but luckily they haven’t really sagged. I’m a size 8, 8.7st, 5’2. I told my surgeon I’d like to go to a D but overall want a natural full look, don’t want to look too big or fake. He immediately recommended 400cc overs. I did question the overs rather than under but he reassured me I have enough breast tissue. It’s just over two weeks until my op and I’m worried they are going to be too big! Thinking about ringing and asking for 350?! anyone a similar frame to me and had similar implants? Thanks x

Hi Claire
I am 5’7 size 8 and was a 32B before.
I went for 360cc HP unders. I’m 3 weeks post op and I wish I went for 400cc. I do like them but with clothes on they don’t seem much bigger than before.
I will attach a picture x
Hi Claire I had mine on Sat I was like you I had the 400 uhp and the 375 hp waiting for me when I spoke to my surgeon before I went down we said 400 uhp and I had overs
Are you going uhp too?
I love mine and I know once all my swelling extra goes down I’ll love then more
Only way I can describe it is it’s like my milk has just come in lol
There is nothing really in the two sizes I would go for the 400cc
I’ll try add a pic if not I’ll put then on my profile I’m happy for to look at them there might have to ask me for a friend request xx
Hi ladies thanks for the replies! I’m just worried that the 400 will look huge on me as I’m so petite. The reason for my surgery was never to have huge boobs, just nice natural looking full boobs. I tried the rice test and they still look huge.
Jen I’m having hp. How are you finding it post op? Xx
Yeah I’m ok actually just been really struggling with my sleep
As long as I’m not moving to much they seem ok and can handle the pain every now and then might be a big sharper than normal but like I said it same sort of pain when breastfeeding.
I was so worried that these were gonna be huge but they really aren’t I have a small frame on top everyone who has seen them think they are fine and not to big just right
But whatever your comfy with xx
Hey I’m the exact same size as you so petite and originally I’d picked 400 but was unsure so tried the sizers on again and as much as I thought it looked great in the sizer I also thought well this is without a bra and I don’t want to be even bigger when I wear a bra. I had already tried the 350 in a sizer and knew I didn’t like that so tried the 375 and thought that’s perfect I’d rather be able to make them that little bigger with a bra when you feel like it than be stuck with ones that are too big all the time xxx
I’m similar to you aside a was a 34 a/b and 5ft4, I went with 360 cc overs and think they suit me perfectly, I could have gone alittle larger but i only wanted to be around a D which I am (only 2 weeks PO though so still changing) I think the profile can change the size you should go too, as I went for moderate as i’m broader across the shoulders and wanted my boobs to sit wider so I had cleavage and side boob as well as front projection. My co-ordinator told me if I wanted that same cleavage/width and have high profile, then id need to be going larger in CC. However works the other way too, so if you are very slim /petite make sure to be asking about the shape and sizing and how they will fit with your figure. Hope this helps at all! Don’t panic about sizing you are allowed to be as questioning and picky as you like, it’s you paying for it and your body at the end of the day so make sure you are 100% happy x
I’m 5’1 7stone7 size 6 I currently have 365cc and having a re op for 450cc go with the bigger size mine look tiny !! I’m gutted I didn’t go bigger in the first place xxx
Hi Claire, I’m 8st6 5ft6 & a size 6/8. I had 400cc high profile subfascials from a 32B. Would definitely recommend what your surgeon said as I’m so pleased I went with this size.
