400cc Ultra high profile unders – Pics are up :)

Okayy so I’m 3 weeks post op now, finally feeling pretty much back to normal. Still feeling all the normal twinges so still being careful with picking up my son etc but all in all I’m feeling good 🙂 My op was on the 12th of November at London Fitzroy and I stayed overnight. I didn’t even know what I would be waking up from surgery with as in my consultation with Mr Singh he said the biggest I could have was 400cc, so I went with that and he agreed that he prefers to go with the biggest. He did say as I was sooo small that he can’t guarantee that it would fit so also ordered 375 and 350 just incase. On the day of surgery when he came to draw on me and take pictures he paused and was like, “hmm, I think we were being abit ambitious with the 400 :/…. ill see what I can do though, they will still be a big improvement to what you have now even with the smaller sizes”. When I woke up I felt like I couldn’t breathe and I was in quite abit of pain. Mr Singh quickly popped his head in and said “we got the 400’s in!” with a big smile on his face 🙂 I couldn’t believe it! He then popped in again just before I was taken back to my room and said that it all went really well and when I asked if he thinks they will look good he said “they will look great! I’m really happy with them”. Such a relief! I was quite emotional at this point and when the nurses left me in my room, both me and my friend burst into tears! its all so overwhelming but such an amazing feeling! I was surprised at how good I felt in the hospital, all the staff were lovely and were constantly checking on me throughout the night and I always had my meds on time to keep the pain at bay. The next day I had a 3 and a half hour drive home which wasn’t too bad but definitely wasn’t fun lol, I went back to stay at my sisters so that she could help me out, also with my 2 and a half year old. Everyone was surprised at how good I was feeling and so I was I! Especially my mum as she has had her boobs done and she couldn’t do anything after her op. This was definitely too good to be true… that next morning was when all the anaesthetic wore off and I was in total agony until day 8. Tbh though both the surgeon and nurse did say that it will be very painful as I had gone from literally nothing – Mr Singh measured me a AAA in my consultation hahah, I used to say that as a joke… I didn’t realise it was an actual size! lol. He also only offered me Ultra high profile which did worry me slightly leading up to my surgery as I haven’t seen many girls on here with them and I still wanted abit of side boob and cleavage. On the day of surgery I asked him why he thinks UHP and he said that its because I have a small width chest and haven’t got much to work with as in width and breast tissue… so instead we work with the projection. He was reassuring and he knows his stuff so I trusted him. I had the strapping off at day 6 which I hated, literally like having a wax. Then the nurse said that my incisions are bumpy and one of them is open abit…this scared the hell outta me! She put a strip on it and said to keep it on for a couple of days and keep an eye on it. Fingers crossed its been fine ever since and my scars are slowly smoothing out so they don’t really bother me. Aslong as they heal properly I’m happy! After day 8 its slowly got better day by day and now im starting to loooove my boobies 🙂 slowly starting to soften and drop and will continue to do so… So I have high hopes that they will get better as the weeks go on. I’ve just uploaded some pictures – was a 30AAA and currently wearing a 32DD sports bra. Sorry about this being so long! lol i’ve just been meaning to get this on here for a while 🙂 xxx

I was very similar to you with the pain too hun I had Mr singh 14th November and now I’m doing great. He’s a great surgeon, I love my results and I highly recommend him. Genius 🙂 xx

Wow they look superb, when they drop and fluff properly they’ll look great!! I imagined from a AAA a 400cc UHP might look stuck on, but they’re actually fantastic!!

Aww thankyou Trace 🙂 I know I was also worried about that, they was really stuck on at first but i’m really happy with how they are looking now. Literally looking better everyday! Cant wait til they completely drop and fluff. God yeah its amazing, I literally was completely flat chested before. They are not huge now but such a difference… I actually have boobs! lol that’s all I’ve ever wanted 🙂 xxx
