I’m having similar dilemma booked in for 31st and trying to decide between 415 and 450 overs. I’m a 34b and want to be 34dd/e and want them quite rounded but cleavage xx
I’ve spoken to my surgeon again briefly and he said there’s only 10% different go with the biggest haha but I do not want to be an E so I’m thinking 415 cc xx
Ahh, it’s so hard I think trying the implants on can make it worse as they look a lot smaller! If I speak to my surgeon fully before the 31 st ill let you know if not please let me know how you go on xx

Hi Carly just had the soft touch implants on monday went for 420cc extra high profile. My frame is very small on top but ive got hips as well and i was 32 a/b. I wanted to be a d/dd and im wearing dd bra at the mo. They look great and im pleased i went bigger than 385 he suggested but tbh im also pleased i didnt go silly. They look great really full and round but dont stick out too much in a normal t shirt.
