415CC Natrelle Responsive Overs – HELP PLEASE

Hey ladies,
Im having my BA end of November, I’ve decide on the natrelle responsives 415cc’s. Dr Chantarasak suggested 380cc for a natural look however when I tried them on the 415’s balanced me out much better and the 380’s didnt make much of an impact.
He has suggested I have overs because I weight train and have quite a gap between my breasts.
Has anybody had overs and happy to share pics? I know it seems quite rare to have overs these days and Ive read bad things about having overs on plastic surgeon forums.

I’m 4 weeks post op with 375 overs. I love mine and i couldn’t be happier! Mine don’t look fake at all which people usually think with overs. At 4 weeks I’m already getting a great cleavage with them. Plus you get less pain with overs so that’s always a bonus!’ Good luck you’ll be really happy x

That’s great! What size were you before your op?
The only thing I’m worried about is rippling and the possibility of sagging in time.

I was a 32b….there are very few people who don’t get rippling but your more likely to get that if you get an implant that is too big for you and the sagging is the same really but best way to avoid that is to still wear your sports bra to bed for like the rest of your life hahaa! I wouldn’t worry to much. You can still get all them things with unders. You must have enough breast tissue as otherwise ur surgeon wouldn’t do it …they know best 🙂 xx

Thankyouuu! I am so excited now! I had gone to a surgeon at a different company who suggested teardrop unders eek! So I was quite pleased to be told I could have overs due to the pain hehe xx

There is up and downs with overs and unders I had unders as they have less chance in sagging and rippling n bottoming out and I don’t wanna pay be paying for anther uplift in the future and I’ve got more support under and they stay quite high up and don’t fall to the sides when I’m lie down x

The thought of an uplift in the near future is my main concern with over.
Did you ask for unders or did the surgeon recommend? x

I was told to have them under to help hold them up and In place with my uplift as if I gone with overs ide bk n few years for anther uplift and would have been waste of money I know lot a girls on hear that have gone from overs to unders coz they had drop not everyone can have unders x

To the people who keep saying there’s more chance of rippling and sagging with overs isn’t true at all. i asked my surgeon all of these questions when i went for my first appointment and it’s an equal chance for overs and unders, i had overs and it’s the best choice i ever made! loads of girls have chose overs instead of unders!x

I had 415 overs in july and im soooo happy! like Chelsea said theres always that chance of rippling with both it all depends on how thin your skin is and if you loose weight, unders is better to prevent sagging but as long as you always wear a sports bra to bed and when your lounging about you shouldn’t have any problems xx

I’m only a day post op and I was as scared about overs and unders just like you. Spoke to my surgeon yesterday and he made me feel that overs are the best option for me due to the shape of my breast. The girls are right regarding rippling and unders.. It all depends on how much tissue you have. Trust us when we say to trust your surgeon. He knows best and so far I am happy with my twins 😀 xx

I had 415cc overs yesterday. …apart from being a bit smaller than I thought they would be Im happy so far. Add me if you want. X

Hey Nicole.
Responsives are the softer ones to the soft touch natrelles, dont think theyre anything to do with the profile. Moderate/high/low profile is what will affect that.
Im also having high profile to achieve the same look you want.
What stats are you? Im also now torn between 415 & 450 Lol! Xx

If you both been offered 450 I recommend you both go for it ! A lot of girls regret going bigger I’m sure you 2 would as well of you don’t go the biggest honestly go for it xxx
