420cc HP or Moderate partials,already have tissue??

Hi
So I have had a consultation today,and am torn between HP and moderates.Like the look of 420cc HP and 390cc mods.I already have tissue ( wearing a 30dd bra,but look more like a small d cup)PC recommended I go for partials as I am lacking volume on top,I am worried that I am going to look too big or even fake!
I am 33,a size 8 and weigh 8 stone,I really don’t like drawing attention to myself but also want to see a good result and make the op worth it!
Anyone else had a similar situation?

hi i am sililar stats to u and am5ft
i currently hav 420cc overs and measure 32ff they dont look big or fake at all hence why i am havin a 2nd ba in dec wiv 640 cc for a bigger rounder faker look xx

forgot to add i currently hav extra high projection and am having moderate profile 2nd time round xx
