420CC UHP HELP????

Hi girls,

I had my surgeon consultation with Dr Netri today who has recommended 420cc ultra high profile implants. I’m quite shocked about this as I’m only an A/ very small B cup at the minute.

Has anybody had UHP implants as from what I’m reading everybody says they look very stuck on? He didn’t really give me any other options, just said this would look best.

I’ve got a friend who’s really small and had that size and truthfully, they look great but can stand out that they ain’t hers xx

That’s what I’m worried about Lisa, he says I need quite a big implant because I’m 5ft 11 but UHP as I’m very slim. So confused!xx

I’ve seen a couple of girls on here with uhp that look great. I know some surgeons don’t like to use them cause they have a really narrow base and a bigger projection, so can sometimes look pointy. I have a couple of friends who have had uhp, they look good but more fake and you can tell they aren’t real. If your not after this look then maybe push for high profile instead? X

Hi babe, I had 400cc uhp 11 days ago I was a 32a pre op, I’m 5’5 and about 8 stone so I’m only tiny. These are mine so far I don’t think they look fake they suit my frame well xxx

I didn’t show any pictures as I was only supposed to be going for my initial consultation, just saw the surgeon as the one I wanted happened to be there.

Maybe I just need to trust him as he knows best, just so scared of paying all that money to look ridiculous! I’ve saw results on here of uhp that look amazing but I’m a 34 back size so just worrying a little.

Of course not Hun I have a few more pictures on my profile for you to look at. Mine are so full so far, uhp was all I was offered because of how narrow my chest wall is that was all that would fit! Just think if someone with a bigger frame had them they wouldn’t look as full because of a wider chest wall. But if you’re only tiny it’s going to cover it xxx

Hi @amber I’m 5’5 size 8/10 was a 34b and was given the choice of 425UHP and 485UHP I’m 7 days post op and love them already .. actually don’t feel massive like I thought they would .. add me as a friend and you will see them .. still need to drop and fluff but so far loving my results and everyone has commented how natural they actually look now xx

Trudy they look absolutely perfect! I’ll be very happy if my results are similar to yours. Not sure why I’m expecting UHP to have a large gap in between as yours and Abi’s look fab! Which surgeon did you have?xx

Maybe just book in to see Traynor aswell and ask him about about uhp and his opinion and then it will put your mind at rest aswell xx

Thanks @amber sorry I actually went with 485 .. my surgeon wasn’t with MYA in the end … really pleased with my results I have to say she was amazing my surgeon .. yes ‘She’ 🙂

I had 350 UHP unders, I am very petite, size 6, 30 back, and started very small….
So far, I am very pleased with the results, they don’t look stuck on at all, I’m 12 days po.
Was it unders he recommended?
A second opinion is a good idea, have in mind what look you want to achieve.

Hi Amber, I am having 375cc UHP end of May , I never thought I would go for UHP as I always believed they were the real fake looking ones, but thats just a complete fallacy ! The ones I have seen on here and real self.com look great! I am trusting my surgeons judgement with this totally as he is the expert and he said they would look good on me with my narrow chest and petite frame. I am 5’4 , 8st’3lb currently. X

Everyone having them seems to be very petite…. I’m 5ft11 haha! I do love the ones I’ve seen on here. I’ve got a consultation booked with Mr Traynor from MYA and Mr Clarke from Transform as I’ve not decided on a surgeon yet but it will also be good to get a second and third opinion. If they both recommend UHP I’ll stick with them. Hope your op goes well Jen! x

Thanks Amber , the adrenaline is starting to pump already! LOL! my Surgeon is Dr. Kazzazi in Doncaster , he’s know as a ‘Boob God’ so I’m going with his opinion. Good luck xx

Hi, I’m 5ft 5″ and 8 stone. Very narrow chest apparently. I want natural and my surgeon told me he wants to go for UHP. Also never thought I’d go for this, but trusting his judgement. He says a wider base has more chance of double bubble with my chest and breast tissue xx

Forgot to mention I’m having either 375 or 400cc

Maryanne they look amazing and thanks Kate. I’ve booked surgery for 18th September now, definitely having UHP I went to see a different surgeon and he said I would need them too because of my chest width xxx

I ended up cancelling my consultation with Mr Traynor as I didn’t like my initial consultation with MYA so really didn’t want to go with them for surgery. I’ve saw some fab pictures of his work though and everybody on this forum seems to love him xx
