425cc, high profile, partials – has anyone has similar?

Hey girls,
I’m having hugeeeee nerves about surgery now. I’m having 425cc, high prof, partials.
I’m currently a 34c and i’m seeing girls smaller than me end up being a ff/g? I was only planning on being a D/DD?! Could this still be possible as I do have loose skin due to weight lost etc? If anyone does have similar size with photos, please can you add me:( thankyou xxx

I had 425/450 HP partials just over two weeks ago from a 32b. feel free to take a look at my pics and ask any questions. Remember implants measure bigger than the look. I look about a C/D in clothes but I bet il measure DD/E xx
