425cc HP under or over muscle?!

Hi ladies, I am currently booked in with Dr Mounir on 11th sept. We have decided on 425cc hp, I am 5ft 7 8stone 10 (was 9st at time of consultation with surgeon) 32b and am undecided on whether to go under or over the muscle, I don’t want them to look super stuck on but not too natural either?! Don’t want much eh haha. Any advice on under or over from personal experience greatly appreciated. Also any others had 425cc (or there abouts) what size before and after? Thankyou xx

Hi Claire I am a little bigger than you well few inches around but cup the same size I had 425 cc overs as that is what my surgeon recommended for me. I am really pleased I believe less pain but we are all different at dealing with pain and that shouldn’t be the reason you make your choice on. Speak to your surgeon and they will advise you on what will work better for your body. I was adamant I wanted unders but that would not have given me what I wanted. Xx
