    Hello ladies. I am two days post op. Feeling so sick. Light headed. Cant even check my phone properly or write any thing on forum. (Browse mya forum on phone).
    How long do i need to sleep at 45 angle. Back of my neck and head hurting so bad.

    I was told I could sleep on my back at 1 week post op. Just back though, no side x

    It’s up to you chick but you probably wouldn’t find comfy or able to sleep on sides just yet I had my full uplift/ implants in 2013 and found stronger your sports is the more comfortable you be as this will take weight of your neck n back and scarring as it will even them out I also had to sleep upright for 8 weeks but if get this pillow this helps a lot better than v pillows you get more out of it as this helps takes pressure off your back and stops u Slidding down in the night and more comfy x

    Just ley it across your bed and pop your legs over it like in my pic I’m full of handy tricks from 3 ops lol then when your ready to sleep on your sides this help u on sides if cuddle it like you was trying to climb tree with your arm n legs wrapped around x
