I’m a 32/34 A at the moment I have my op booked in September not with MYA but I need some advice pics reassurance etc. My surgeon is Joffily, but he’s an over man not an under man.. so I haven’t got much choice. What size have you gone with a 450cc over implants? And do overs look more natural? Has anyone experienced rippling?

I’m 5’4 size 8-10 3 kids and breast fed all so boobs have gone to shit ??? literally look like a man cub when I’m naked, woman from the hips down ?
