450hp overs all done!

Hi I had my op today with Mr Traynor everything went well
And I’m not in much pain but he’s used a bit of strapping down the centre of my boobs and told me to leave it on for a week, not seen many others with this and I thought mr traynor didn’t use strapping! Did anyone else have this? I’ve attached an after pic, darent open my bra yet! I’ve before pics on my profile x

Managed to take my bra off last night for half hour and got a couple of pics at the moment they look like shiny stuck on rocks and felt solid! Early days though so I can’t wait to get this strapping off and get the first few weeks out the way! I’m so swollen and my chest feels so tight, the bloating doesn’t help either I look 6 months pregnant! X

@siobhan thanks Hun! Woke up with my left side really swollen so I’ve just emailed the nurse to check everything’s ok. How are you recovering? Xx

I feel very stiff this morning!! Hoping it eases as the day progresses! Let me no what they say hopefully it’s all ok and just part of the healing, I have one more swollen than the other atm gunna put an ice pack on them in a min hopefully to get some relief xxx

It makes me feel a bit better that you’ve one more swollen as well! I’m so paranoid about getting a haemotoma and not being able to tell cos of the strapping! I’m sat with an ice pack now and it does help! Yes il let you know when I hear back, she’ll probably say it’s normal! Xx

It’s my lefty! It’s higher harder and more swollen, I think you can see in my pod1 pic, I’m gunna take another pic today and see if there is any difference! My Macom is really tight around my incisions so I’m gunna try the m&s again if it really doesn’t fit again I’m gunna have to get my husband to get the next size up as I feel so tight and restricted! I’m paranoid about everything that can go wrong as well! I can’t see any bruising yet which is good although it feels bruised! It’s nice to have someone going through the same thing at same time isn’t it! Xx

Thanks for sharing your pictures Danielle, i know its really early after your op, but you can see they are going to be a good size and shape. You just got to be careful not to do too much, have you got someone at home helping you.

@becki thank you xx yes my partner has took 2 weeks off work to help out with the kids I’ve got a 4 and 2 year old and I’m a carer for my 4 year old as he’s disabled. Luckily I’ve not had to lift a finger! My partners been amazing xx

Danielle, you sound like a busy mum, running round looking after everybody else, even more busy as you have a disabled son to look after aswell. Thank goodness you have a good partner! its really important to feel good about ourselves, our bodies and keep our relationships with boyfriends/husbands good, especially after having kids. I bet he is very happy you had the surgery and its great he is being supportive.
No lifting up them lil boys, they will have to climb up on Mum for a cuddle.
its so nice hes taken two weeks off to help you hun.

Little update…swelling has gone down loads! And off all painkillers day 2 and 3 were definitely the worst! Get strapping off weds and can’t wait as it’s so tight! Pic from yesterday 3dpo xx

Thanks @rebecca no I’ve no idea why! I’m so mad at myself for nkt asking him but I was still out of it when he popped in my room! I see the nurse weds so will be asking her. I can understand the bottom bit cos it’s supporting the weight of my boobs but no idea why he’s put it down the middle! Unless it’s to keep them apart xx

Hey girls ! Haven’t been on here in a few days! Since having my surgery thursday I have been wrecked! Been in a lot of pain but managed to control it with strong meds! I haven’t really been able to take my sportsbra off for a while only to change it… I feel like my skin is really tight!! At the moment my boobs look like cones haha I’m guessing thats normal for a few weeks right…??? Your pics look awesome!! I’m sure your really happy!! 🙂 I’ll have to post pics soon up until now I’ve been restricted moving 🙁 xx

@clajane oh it gets better I promise lol I feel loads better today compared to yesterday! Been out and about and moving my arms a lot more, I feel really tight to and im still breathless, and mine feel like stuck on cones to! Think it’s all normal this soon after your op. Hope your feeling better tomorrow! Did you have unders or overs? Xx

I just hope their shape change over the next few weeks hehe 🙂 I had 500cc over high profile babe… in a way I knew I’d have loved to have gone bigger but 500 was the very biggest I was offered and 500 was a push! I think all too soon we judge the result… I know in 3 months time our boobs will look different again! Just got to be patient I guess I am happy though 🙂 xx

I think we all go through that stage of wanting bigger, on 1dpo mine we’re so swollen I was panicking I’d gone to big and now the swellings gone down I’m starting to think there to small haha I went with the biggest I was offered and I’m glad I did now just cant wait to see how they change! I know overs don’t drop and fluff as much as unders but I still think we’ll see some changes! Xx

5dpo today and feel loads better can get my bra off and on on my own! Bruising has started to come out from under my strapping, only 2 more days then I can see them properly! Xx

Hi hun im in with gary next week. im about size 10 currently 34 B, 450r 425l was biggest gary offered me. assymetric slightly. Was hoping for a full DD, poss an E. just wondering if they feel completely huge on you? or you were glad you went with the biggest. I am going to pick on the day between 400-450 but unsure what to go for. added you also hun x

Hey I was given choices between 350-450 and went with the biggest, I’m really glad I did as I was so swollen first couple of days I was panicking I’d gone to big but now that’s gone down I’m so happy with them. I’ve more pics on my profile, I’ve just accepted you. It’s hard to tell on photos especially with the strapping covering the full bottom of my boob, i get it off tomorrow so will update. Mr Traynor is a brill surgeon he totally put me at ease on the day xx

Thanks Hun most people say to go with the biggest offered, you’ve just got to ask yourself if when you woke up you’d be more gutted f they were to big or if they were to small xx

Had my strapping off today and the nurse was really happy with my cuts said their tiny, I’ve a lot of bruising but she said it’s old and should start clearing up soon. Can’t wait for them to drop and fluff a bit! Xx
