    Had my op on sat just gone, 375cc unders but at the moment they seem really pointy and the nipple is at the end of th breast and to me just looks saggy! Not the round look I was hoping for 🙁 will this change once they settle? Also probably doesn’t help that the muscle needs to relax and stuff? Or am I stuck with saggy looking boobs 🙁 the implant is really high which I like, but the nipple isn’t!

    Dont worry im 12days post op had 400cc unders. My left boob has dropped and looks great but my right one is stil in my armpit and has a pointy nipple at the end of it like you described. It will all settle down you will find in a couple more days. I would also suggest if you have a sports bra on take it off for a coupe of hours a day it will give them time to relax a little. They wont look their best for a few months just bear with it. xx

    Hiya, just. A Waiting game :). Mine are pointy too post op day 12 and still quite high and hard, look a bit rectangular lol, hopefully they’ll settle eventually Hun. Xxxx

    Just give it time.

    Mine looked like a broken nose, heh, they change daily just wait i’m 3 weeks po and they are changing a lot but from chatting to others it can take months for them to settle down, I know it’s depressing and frustrating, but the answer is you’ve just got to wait and give them a lot more time.
