Hi Hun, it’s all down to how your body heals really with the lifting of your arms. I was putting tops on myself on about day 3 but just loose ones I couldn’t completely lift my arms straight in the air until about 3 weeks. You can sleep flat on your back after your 2 week check. Xx

You go back 1 week post op and then 2 week. After 2 week you get your dressings off. The main reason for sleeping on an angle is so your not stretching your incisions when your lay flat! After 2 weeks your incisions are as strong as they’ll ever be so your okay to lie flat. I’m 4 week atm and i still sleep on a bit of an angle just cos it helps your boobies drop! It hasn’t bothered me sleeping on an angle at all I’ve just builder a fort in my bed haha. Just do whatever your body tells you. Don’t push yourself too much the time goes in so fast xx

What you sleeping on? I have 3 pillows + v pillow + travel neck under my head. A pillow each either side of me and 2 pillows for under my legs to stop me sliding. The travel neck pillow is most helpful for your neck n stops you going on to your side. Give it a try 🙂 xx
