6 days post op! My story Started by: Miss V

Hi ladies,

Havent posted since my op so thought i would give a little update. I went in for my surgery last Friday at Droitwich Spa with Dr Schiavone. I was admitted at 7.15am where I was taken to my room. The nurse came to see me at 8am an told me I was first of the day scheduled to go down at 8.30am!!! The nerves kicked in big time as never had a GA before. The anaethatist came to see me and then Dr Schiavone came to take pictures and drawer on me. Next thing i know i was being escorted down to theatre. I was sick with nerves but Dr Schiavone was waiting in the room and they all made me feel so comfortable. Next thing i know i wake up and look straight down at my boobies!!! I felt fine after the GA and the pain was nothing like what i expected.
They discharged me once the drains had been taken out at 5pm and I was home and in bed by 7pm. My boobs have been fine and have hardly felt any pain considering i had unders. I have suffered massively with my tummy though and was taken to hospital on Wednesday because of the amount of trapped gas from the GA. It was so painful but luckily doctor put me on meds. All worth it for my new boobs though. 8days post op and i had my stitches cut today and the dressing removed. The nurse said how amazing my scaring was already. I would give Dr Schiavone a massive hug and kiss if i could as I can’t believe how much of a good job he has done and has given me exactly what i asked for.
