I wear a underwire bra throughout the day and a sports bra still at night, every night,
does anyone go braless at night, or ??? it gets sSO boring wearing the same style every night, and is it necessary?
will they sag if left ‘free’ for the night times?

At my check at 7 week 4 days my nurse said that there is no need to wear a sports bra at night as everything has healed really well, she said at that stage it cant do any damage. Maybe give your PC a call to double check if your unsure Hun. Since not wearing a sports bra at night my right boob is finally dropping, hurray bout time lol xx

My surgeon and nurses advised me to always sleep in one they said some people don’t but advised as gravity will do the same as it does to normal boobs, hope this helps Hun xxx

thansk for the replies, i though this too about gravity, but then can we help this? I feel my sports bra does not give as much support as my underwire bras! the strap are looser on the sports bra, has anyone worn a ‘normal’ bra to bed? Id like something a bit more ‘sexy’ for my other half and for myself!!! xx

I know exactly what u mean Hun I am Desperate for a new one as they’ve all ended up loose at the top from the swelling.not got a clue what to get though xxx

I haven’t slept in a bra at night for months. I very much doubt you can stop the age/gravity process and especially lying down. I know it could prevent this but I can’t bare underwear on in bed. xx
