Hi girls I’m 6 weeks po today 🙂 can I stop wearing sports bras now? Especially at night find them hot and uncomfortable x
I was told I could at 6 weeks I still wear my old nursing bra for bed just for a little support. Some get told to continue have you got anything a little looser just in case? xx
Maybe I should weight until my check next week just nice to be free lol haven’t really got anything other than sports bras xx
congrats on 6 weeks Aimee 🙂 think I wore my sports bra for about 10 weeks or so at night, then went onto the vests with supportive bra built in x
