6 weeks PO BA question Started by: Molly

Hi girls, I had my 6 week check up with the nurse yesterday but I completely forgot what I wanted to ask her! Could you please help answer my question? I’ve healed really well and she said I can go back to the gym etc! But just want to know – Can I go for periods of time without a bra on now, and for how long? I know they recommend wearing one to bed! x x x
