Hey ladies! This Saturday I’m 6 weeks post op woohoo! Now I NEED to get back into my routine I’ve let myself slip. I’m quite a gym bunny. I’ve started back at spin classes and going to do some light weights from next week. How did people find getting back into it?
Also has anyone tried hiit workouts after 6 weeks? I have got a wedding to get ready for in a few months! 🙂
