6 years PO with 300/325 HP over the muscle 💕 Started by: Beth

The girls are 6 years old! Still the best thing I’ve ever done. One thing I will say is, look after them! I stopped wearing my sports bra after 1 year PO for about 6 months then a friend who has had hers for 14 years told me to get it back on!!!! Hers haven’t changed at all! Since then, I still wear a sports bra/ primark bralet every night which I think is why mine have barely changed! They’re an investment 🫶🏻
