    Hi I had my consultation today at Nottingham and booked a surgery date for 12th February. I am 5ft9, 11 stone and currently a size C. I want big boobs that are round and fake, I like the ‘fake’ look. I’m booked with with mr Manir and I’m thinking about getting 550-600cc over the muscle. Has anyone got any before and after pictures please?

    Hi Hun I had 600cc overs with dr traynor I was a 36c I’m now a 36f xxx
