650cc ultra high profile

I’m a 32a and have seen surgeon today and can have 650 and ultra high profile had anyone got bugger implants and gone from small to big will come out e-f cup I’m slim but wide hips so will look curvy please send me pics of what they will look like as I’ve seen people say they want bigger and I’ve seen some 500cc look small I’ve had ultra high as I want loads of projection xx
