6w post op and I can feel stitches

Hi,
I am 6 weeks post op now, after uplift and 375 cc implant! I had dr. S Mashhadi and I can say I am very happy with the work he did; I had no pain at all, maybe some discomfort, so yeah I recomand him!
The thing is that on Thuesday I’ve seen the nurse, and she said everything it looks perfect, so we finish the post op appointments! Today after the shower, I just felt that there are some stitches in my left breast, and I don’t know what to do! Does anyone had the same thing? Advice please!

I had this right up until 14 weeks post op. I had a few knots that hadn’t dissolves around my nipples, they work their way out don’t worry x
