So today’s my 7th day since surgery I’m feeling better but not fully recovered.. My right arm is still so stiff and I can’t really raise it or move it much is this normal? Has anyone else had this problem? It just hurts so much when I try to raise and if feels really stiff so I’m not sure what to do my twins wedding is in 3 weeks I’m so worried I won’t be better by then
I couldn’t fully lift my arms until a few days ago and I’m just over three weeks post-op. But everyone is different. I had unders so kind of expected my recovery to take a while…plus I’m a wimp haha xo
