7am admission help!!!

Hi girls I’ve got a 7am admission time on Sunday but what do I do in the morning? Do I shower the night before or in the morning and can I brush my teeth in the morning? Starting to panic now!

Hiya hun, I had mine yesterday my admission time was also 7am. I showered in the morning and was still able to brush my teeth. Just dont eat anything 6 hours before. I panicked too but it went so quick and the nurses made me feel at ease, ul be in safe hands 🙂 Good luck hun xx
