    Hi ladies. I’m unable to see my surgeon until 11 weeks post op and need some advice. I’ve been told I can wear underwired bras from 8 weeks post op. Are they to be completely without any padding ie. t-shirt bras have tiny bit of padding to hide nipples! Secondly, when can I sleep braless in bed? I’m still wearing a sports bra. Your help will be really appreciated! Thanks x

    By 8weeks you can wear whatever bra you like.. Padded, non padded, wired, or no wires! Choice is entirely yours! Have fun bra shopping!

    Im pretty sure you can ditch the sports bra at nght after six weeks although most people do continue to wear it at night time!:) xxx

    my nurse told me its up to me wheather i wear one at nite, research say its better to wear one,so i do a bit of both xx
