I got my V pillow from Debenhams it’s an essential and my bras from Asda pack of 2 £7 just the job. My PC and pre op nurse said they are ideal. Discussed MACOM with my surgeon and he said not essential.
Can’t help with mini cabs as don’t live in your area but how about ringing firm nearby to hospital and asking for a price etc. I would advise against public transport. I was an overnight case and my husband collected me next day. I was nervous when we stopped at services in case any one bumped into me!!!
