    Hi ladies 🙂

Just thought I would give you a little breakdown of my day!

I checked in at around 9:30 and was greeted by a lovely peacock that got extremely close! I sort of side shuffled my way around it hoping not to get chased by it and swiftly entered the reception! I was greeted with a lovely smile and taken to my room! I was given my gorgeous gown and sexy paper knickers and told to whack them on!

Lucky a I am….I started my period 3 days ago (gross I know) and they said it was no bother but to wear my own knickers underneath! Tampons are a no no unfortunately ladies so go prepared with sanitary towels (although they gave me one the size of a boat)

I had several nurses come and take blood pressure and make sure I hadn’t eaten (damn straight I hadn’t that peacock was looking appealing) hahah!!

I was then greeted by me traynor who really is a lovely man! He was absolutely full of cold and still troopers on (I probably would have followed him home and demanded he do it anyway haha) he

He confirmed the sizes and told me not o worry!

He said he would come for me in 40 minutes! I was genuinely pretty calm throughout but got sweaty palms when the nurse said she was ready for me! *cue operation sweating*

Words of advise..take slippers and a dressing gown!

They lay you on the bed and prepare your anaesthetic! Me being me I fought the anaesthetic so I was given a double dose and oxygen…sweet dreams Helen haha!

I was told the procedure was to last 30mins but I was down for 2 hours! Strangely they noticed a problem with my heart rate! It was 170bpm…average should be 80bpm so sliiiiiiiiiightky over! We think this is why I was longer!

My poor mum was bald when I got back!

I was woken up in recovery to a fairly harsh pain where my incisions were! I was instantly given more pain killers which didn’t work so was given more! These set in and I was absolutely fine! Tw way I can describe it is….have you ever been for a run in the cold and you can’t quite catch your breath?….like that! Or in comparison….a rarer large person having a jolly good rest on your chest!

All in all ladies please dont be scared….it’s not as painful as I expected…more
    Uncomfortable!

Feel free to ask me any questions!

Oh….I was a 34a (trust me I take pride in using the word was) and I am now wearing a 36DD bra which is a bit tight!!

Ladies ….do you think I will shrink or go bigger? Xxxz
