D&F takes its own sweet time, but it really does happen

What does drop and fluff actually mean , I know everyone talks about it, how will I know it’s happening or happened?
I’m 2 weeks post op and nobody’s mentioned it at my post op appointments

It’s the muscles letting the implants down into the pockets and softening over the implants. The implants are riding very high in the pocket to start with and need to drop down into their final position.

The fluffing happens as the muscle relaxes over the implants and let the ‘fluff’ into a more natural and fuller shape.

It can take up to a year to see the full results of your BA depending on your skin and muscle tone.

It’s a slow process but it does happen x

Is your boobs 4 months lou i had 375cc uhp mine are only 4 weeks tho so do the start to d and f at months x

Yes I’m 4 months now. D&F starts to happen from the moment they go in, but it’s a slow process.
Apparently it is 1% a day! – I’m not sure if that’s true.
The best way to see your D&F progress is through photos. Take lots of photos and then compare them through the weeks.
