A little reassurance needed please..

Hi ladies,

I’m only 5dpo so I know it is very early days but I really hope someone can put my mind at rest lol!

Before my op my breasts were the same size, had 325cc put in both and now my left breast is bigger than my right! Not massively but a noticable difference!

Are these going to even out at some point? I’m not even sure how they could have changed sizes unless maybe swelling but my left breast feels great where as it’s the smaller one giving me more discomfort!

Anyone know what’s going on?

You’ve got so many changes to come, they will sort themselves out. I mean, logically, how can 2 boobs that were the same size before, and had 2 same sized implants placed then be different sizes? Different shapes due to one not dropping or placement, yes perhaps, but not sizes.
Any different will just be swelling which will go, you’ll be fine!

I’m just over 4 wpo and mine seem to swap, one day the rights bigger then the next day its the left. Its quite a scarey process isn’t it!? My right seems to have dropped more than the left, although the left has the bigger implant, but I worry as i slipped a couple of weeks ago and auto put my left hand out to grab and save myself so i worry i may have pulled the muscle and thats why its not dropped. Got my 6 wk appoint in 2 wks so I’ll get it checked. Maybe you should too if you’re worried xx good luck!

I understand there are many changes to come and that I am being impatient. If the larger one was giving me trouble and the smaller one was fine I’d agree it is swelling but it is the smaller one that is uncomfortable and tight.

@Tan17 it’s so scary! I really thought that I would just be able to forget about them until they settled but it’s just not the case, I obviously have a lot less patience than I thought! I’m seeing the nurse on Friday so maybe she will be able to explain to me what’s going on. Good luck at your appointment hun, hopefully your left will drop soon! Xx
