A random little tip for pre-op boobie girls!

Sounds random but make sure you grow your fingernails pre-op! I’m 2 days post op and haven’t got the strength to pop my pills out of their packets (sounds rediculously weak I know) and what is saving me is the fact that my nails are long enough to pierce the foil with, so I can open the pill packets that way!!
