A week post op…..crazy!

I cant believe it has been a week already since my BA. I definitely had the best nights sleep since I had it done last night though. Everyday I feel much better and more energetic. The girls seem to be settling in nicely and my body seems to be getting used to them size and comfortable wise. Still have twinges which is to be expected, also numbness, and my incisions are letting me know they are there, but not painful so nothing to worry about. I laid flat last night and my boobs did feel funny when I sat up lol. I am totally missing having a nice hot relaxing bath, it is almost making me grumpy ha! I do not know if they have dropped yet I have no idea what I am looking for, got the nurse today to look at my incisions and change the dressing on those then get to see my consultant next Tues 🙂 it really is flying by. Bring on the bra shopping and measuring I really can not wait for that! xxxx

Ooh and does anyone else seem to have a perfect boob and a naughty one? My right has been an angel but my left!! The incision area just seems to give me more grief where as the right I get more twinges lol. I know their 2 different ops…just funny how they behave differently xxx

Yes I think it’s common to have a naughty one, I always felt more aching, and numbness, and the incision would tell me it was there on my right boob, whereas my left boob, didn’t feel anything atall really it’s weird. I wanna know when to expect them to start dropping lol. I hate waiting xx

Woo ul be bra shopping in no time x

Im on a count down to buying bras hahaaa, and getting measured dam valentines day is like only a few weeks way to early for a cheeky bra gift but I will insist on vouchers hahaaa, I keep looking at the girls photos who are 5-6 weeks post op and the difference is amazing, patience is a virtue ha! can not stop looking at them xxx

Hi Gemma, yeah it’s mad how quickly it goes, I’m back at work this week and I’m not feeling it. I feel almost back to myself now apart from the no gym. I think one of my boobs has dropped more then the other but they are starting to feel a bit softer now. I can’t wait to go bra shopping and I don’t even know where to get measured. X

I just measured myself online A30 and it says 32f 34 ee 🙂 wooohoooo I know its early days but well chuffed with that and I measured myself 3-4 times to make sure I was doing it right! Awww i’m not back until 2 weeks so enjoying my free time and just chilling but probs would be okay to go back now xxx

How did you measure yourself online? I want to do it lol! X

They change lots in the first three months, the first time I had mine, I went up three sizes from week 6 to week 3 months! So don’t but all your bras too early girls! I wasted money buying lots of bras in week 6 that didn’t fit me a few weeks later!
My boobs have changed really quickly this time, looked quite small at first even though same implant after revision and now they are bursting over the too of my macom bra and filling out lovely! I can’t stop peeking at them too 😉 xxx

I went on a website and it tells you how to do it hun, just type in how to measure my bra/cup size on google and theres loads, oh natalie I will not buy any bras at yet although I would love too, just had my incisions looked at and they are healing well been covered back over for another week and she said I am still swollen but to be expected, my incisions are really small! How the hell he get a 510 cc implant in there LOL! xx

@kames83 I miss the gym. I was dreaming last night that I went there 2,5 wks post op and started doing squats with weights, then remembered about my boobs and stoped. I woke up in panic ;)))))))) silly me

Congrats on a week post op ha 😀 time flies!
The nurse mentioned that for example if your right handed? You might have more pain in the right boob as your working that side more!
I still can’t get over the fact not being able to go the gym for 6 weeks.. It’s killing me! Just sat here getting fat 🙁
I think I will start walking week 4 post op.. Maybe go gym week 5 and use the bike.. Lower exercises?! Xx

Not going to the gym is killing me although time flys by very quickly and before you know it, you’ll be at the gym! @Gemma I thought that about my incisions, I watched it on YouTube, how they hold the hole open, gross but really interesting!! Xx

You become do addicted to them, I didn’t intend on being an ff cup but I’m not complaining
