Achievements?

Just a quick question girls, does anyone know what the achievements mean at all? I’m really confused as on your profile it has your name then a number of achievements next to it?

I have no idea either would like to know mine have gone up and down x

basically the higher the number, the more people have ‘liked’ your posts and comments. and if it goes down, someone has ‘disliked’ your posts/comments xx
