Admission time ??

Hi I have my op a week today eek can’t believe I’m saying that. Anyway when will i get my admission time? I phoned up yesterday but nobody has got back to me and I need to sort out childcare x

I have mine in a week too but have no idea when you find out the time. I hoping for an early one so I can get it over and done with 🙂 hope you find out soon and good luck x

What date is yours on and who you having surgeon size etc are you nervous x

Mine is on the 9th of June too. Having 350cc dual plane with Dr Andrea … Just been for my medical and they told me I will have my admission time 2-3 days before. Who’s your surgeon etc? Not nervous at the minute just mega excited but think I will be a wreck on the day x

I had to call my hospital to get information early on.. They will have your admission time already, so Google their number and give them a call… Xx

My surgeon is mr traynor at preston hospital I can’t wait I’m having 350 overs x

Phoned the hospital and I’m in at 11am scarey x

Aww how exciting 🙂 i am going to give them a call in the morning and see if they will tell me my time too… It’s starting to feel so real 🙂 xx

I know when she said yes your in at 11 I thought omg this is real x

Well I might not go down until about 1 because I think it’s a couple of hours before you go into surgery forms to fill out etc. probly consent form for the anaesetic. Last weekend with my tiny boobs. I’m dying for a glass of wine though ha ha . What are you taking with you do we need Pjs and dressing gown if a day case x

Will definitely be having a few to celebrate when it’s all over haha… I am not to sure what to take to be honest. Got comfy clothes packed for after, some wipes etc to freshen up and a sports bra, not sure if we need one or not. But have no idea what else, oh have my v shaped pillow too for the journey home 🙂 xx

Yes I’m just going to go off the list on this website which says comfy clothes magazines and snacks oh and my sports bra just in case. Good luck to you too xxx

Hi ladies, you will definitely need bra if you have Mr Traynor, as he doesn’t use strapping etc… Take a dressing gown and slippers to walk to theatre… They will give you paper knickers and support socks to put on… Good luck xx

What size bras are best to get? And any idea where from? I am going shopping to get last bits tomorrow. I am having 350 cc dual plane so should be a 36 dd once the swelling etc has gone but have no idea what size sports bras to get for recovery xx

What’s dual planes ? Never heard of that. I went to Marks and Spencers and bought two high impact sports bra with no under wire and they said to get a size bigger so I think I’m going to be a d so I bought a dd because of the swelling. I’ve also bought a small macom because some people on here have really rated them. Going to take them all and see which they think is best and most comfy x

I bought a macom, which was fantastic, really comfortable but a bit pricey, I also bought 2 x post surgery bras from George @ asda, they were so comfortable and really cheap… I wouldn’t advise you buy an actual bra size for your sports bra, as it is highly unlikely you will be the size you think you will be xx

Dual plane is what they call partials I think! Have brought a few different sports bras now in different sizes so hopefully at least one will do the job 🙂 are you taking your fella with you to wait? Mine is dropping me off but not sure to bring him in or just let him go home and get me later on xx

My friends coming with me because I would be mard if my boyfriend was there ha ha ! Are you all set ? I’m scared now but excited. Good luck for tomorrow if I don’t see you xxx
