Admission Time

Hey girls I’m having my op done on the 22nd June has anyone had their admission time I’m having mine done in Fitzroy xx

Girls if anyone is waiting ring your clinic they have just told me mine over the phone, good luck with your BA’s girls! 🙂 xx

@arianna1808 hey arianna I rang this morning and they said my admission time is 7:30 also who are you booked in with? How you feeling excited? 🙂 xx

Did you guys just ring where you went for your pre ops? Mines the 21st and I haven’t heard anything yet xx

I did call my pc the day before because I had no confirmation and then yea they sent it the next day. @alyssia I’m with Mr Marcellino, I’m so bloody excited but there is a small part of me which is abit anxious/nervous but I’m trying to get rid of that. I think I’m slightly worried about the pain after ?. How are you feeling? Who are you with also? @abi good luck for Tuesday! ? Have you guys bought your post op bras yet? Xx

@arianna1808 I’m with him to I think they might of got us mixed up as we’re both the same time with same surgeon, I’ll ring on my lunch and ask again and let you know ☺️ Yeah I’m the same I’ll be nervous on the day just can’t wait to have boobs! What size are you going ?xx

I think it’s right only because they say that it could be up to 6 hours after admission time. I think I’m going to go for 350cc I’ve been offered from 300 up to 350 and I’ve read to go for bigger. I’m still in two minds though ? What size are you going? Do you know the first week though we have the strapping on, I didn’t realise that I thought were bandaged but wear our post op bras. @abi yea same! I am still so buzzing though! What size are you having? I bought the 2 from Asda some people had reccomended ? Xx

@arianna1808 yeah I suppose your right, same as me then, I am having between 275-375 I would like to have 350cc so hoping he goes for that! ☺️ Do we really I’ve heard it hurts having it taken off! Have you sorted out where your parking to and little bits like that? So if we have the strapping on we won’t be able to see them tidy until the 1 week post op! Getting excited now hoping Monday and Tuesday goes fast! xx

@alyssia He said he would try between 300-350 so I hope 350 works! Yea that what the nurse told me and I said exactly that.. so I cant see my boobs for a week?! Also are you aware Marcellino does not use dissolvable stitching.. so Im going to presume after we have our 1 week post op appointment we will have to go again a few weeks later to get that taken out! Um in answer to your question no.. I havent sorted out lifts and carparks yet! I normally use ‘JustPark’ their is a car park on Melton Street which is a 10 minute walk away and its so cheap. I am going to get a friend to drop me off and then my mum is going to pick me up after the surgery once I have come around and they think I am fit to leave. I live only 40 mins away. I had to have surgery in November last year and I did the same thing lol. I got a friend to drop me and someone to pick me up- works a treat plus no car park worries! OMG Monday and Tuesday will go so quick.. I cannot believe its already the weekend! xx

@arianna1808 I did read on her about the stitching was hoping he did as I’ll have to take more time off work to have them out! That’s fab thanks so much I just booked a space only cost me £16 just the congestion charge to pay now and I’m all done! When. You had you pre op with the nurse did you have to wait until they got hold of you or do they not bother if everything is okay? Have you Been to Fitzroy before?xx

With the pre op I had that only on Saturday just gone- but I presume if anything was up with my results they would have contacted me by now. They are like every other general check ups- if everything is okay they do not contact you. Obviously if something is up that is when they call. No I have not been to Fitzroy before?, have you? This is my first cosmetic procedure! My surgery last year was for my cervix 😐 that was in Windsor. Prior to that I never had surgery before and I was bricking it, I am such a scaredy cat at things like that but it was so amazing.. Literally one you get the cannula in, within 10 seconds you are gone! Then you wake up, job done! xx

@arianna1808 yeah that’s what I was thinking! Must be good news if we’ve not heard of them! Nope I’ve never had any surgery done before I wouldn’t worry though I’m a wimp I hate needles they make me faint but I’m a lot better the past year or so than I was before, so I’m sure you’ll be fine! Just got to keep thinking it’ll all be worth it in the end! Speaking to you is making me so excited for my surgery least it’s almost here now just hoping the wait isn’t long after the admission time because that’s when I’ll be nervous! What are you packing to take down with you I’m only a day case so I’m assuming it’s not much we need to take ?xx

Aw that is so sweet, likewise! Ill have to come find you on the day! I think I am going to wear a zip up hoodie and some trackies- so its easier to dress after. I read on some MYA thing they said to take a dressing gown if you get cold? I am just going to wear my hoodie if i get cold.. seems pointless I think, plus its an extra thing to carry! Ill take my phone charger, tablet and phone. I think that is it to be honest? I keep my i.d with me- I know you are supposed to take a form of i.d. I will take my post op bra just in case he feels like just giving me a band as opposed to that bandage thing! xx
