Admission time 1st feb?!

Has anyone received their admission time yet for 1st feb? havent got mine yet, which is fine as i know its 48-24 hrs before… im just becoming so excited and impatient! xx

I dont think your meant to take any medicine before .. have you tried using a ice pack for headache .. I just got these gel ice strips today for headaches .. or a bit of tiger balm in temples might help x good luck for tomor hope you manage to get some sleep xx
