When I have my strapping off I haven’t got a clue what size sports bra to get. I was going to order one online so I would have it ready, instead of having to walk round town without one on looking for one. I was a 34b and had 450cc overs, can anyone recommend a place I can order one and help guess which size would be best 🙂 thanks in advance!! Xx

I wud think ul be a 34E.
I recommend tje m&s zip front i ordered 3 different sizes online so I cud see which one fit.

I got 480 cc overs from a 34 A and the E is too small so I’m wearing the F it’s not baggy but there is a little bit of extra space in there!
Other options are ordering a macom i’ve ordered another one as they mould to your shape so you just put in your back size expensive but worth it!

Is there much difference in soze with the e and f or is it just slightly? Where do they sell the macom? Xx

Well I couldn’t get the E to meet in the middle and it hurt my incisions even trying to force it and the F fits well so i’d say so

best to get 2 so you can have one on and one off for the wash xxx

Maybe i should get a macom and m&s and see which prefer. And then get a second one as backup 🙂 thank you girls!! Xx
