Go bigger! I was 34A Gemma and I had 375cc teardrop unders! Love them and they look completely natural. I was originally going for 300 but my surgeon Mr Giannas advised when I tried the implants on that they’d look smaller once in and you lose some going under the muscle so I’m glad I went for the biggest I was offered. Xx
