I got the front zip one from m&s and they do a two pack of high impact sports bras for about £25 so I had three. To be honest I found the front zip one tricky to put on as I couldn’t bend my arms back enough with out it hurting to pull it on. I used the other ones initially, getting my hubby to do it up at the back so I didn’t have to spin it round and risk catching my incisions. I found all three really comfy and supportive and would recommend any of them. Although I was told to get a back size bigger than normal and a cup size bigger than what I wanted. I was a 32b so I got the two pack in 34d ( I wanted a D cup) and the zip was 34e but that was too big but cos it’s m&s we took it back and changed it. The d was probably a bit small but after the swelling went down they were really comfy.
