Advice needed from mastopexy girls!

Hi girls,
I had a nipple lift so have incisions around both nipples.
One of them is fine with only a dot of blood and no pain however the other is puffy, has lots of blood noticeable through the dressing and over the last day has felt a tugging sensation when I move.
Is this normal? I have my 1WPO check tomorrow so am not too worried but wondered if this had happened to anyone else?
