Advice needed please!

Hi ladies!
Don’t really know where to start.. I’m just researching at the moment whilst saving before I even think of making an appointment.
How did everyone find their first appointment? Are the surgeons helpful in terms of deciding an accurate size in comparison of frame.. I’m 5’4 and currently 8stone with 32a.. I’ve read that some people have been told they’re too skinny? Also.. How did you go about telling people? I’m not a confident person and wouldn’t feel comfortable talking to anyone about this, but wouldn’t dare go on my own! Oh god!

I have gone throught MYA at Newcastle they have been amazing i am also very slim size 6-8 but 5ft 8 and worried they would not let me get the procedure done BUT i am in tomorrow for surgery now ! (Feel free to friend me) i will be updating with photos and letting u know how i get on !
Basicly at your first PC consultation you go and find out the basics they let u know about bacground of MyA talk about the procedure NOTHING is set after this in stone its just friendly and you could book to see your sergeon soon or not soon you could never go back (u will want to tho) i mean go in and tell them your intrested and just wanted to know some more but u still need to get money together before you wantto book and they be lovely to you !

Once you want to you book your next consultation with a surgeon and they will go through everything including sizes and they seem to be fab with there recomendations ! Once thats done you go back to see your MYA PC and the “fun” part you get to try on implants in a bra i poved that bit hahaha !

From there you can book or not your never set in stone they are really friendly ! My PC is in contact loads whichvi like she texts back whenever i need her and shes calling me today to check im fine for tomorrow i mean its been a dream with MYA so far !!

Surgery tomorrow tho wooo !!!

After all that long message i missed out for telling people i mean i dont know ur age but im 18 and still live at home with mum and dad so thats who knows realh for me including my Boyfriend coz he wiuld obviously notice haha … But has extended to like best friends and everybody has been so so supportive to my face anyways xx

Thanks for the great reply! Ah it sounds like they’re so nice and helpful, that makes me feel better about it all haha. Surgery tomorrow? Ah good luck!! I’m excited for you! Haha. Yeah I’m 22 but still living with my mum and dad, yeah I’m the same I’d have to tell them and my boyfriend, I’m just worried about how people will take it, and how I’d even bring up the conversation haha! Yer honestly they talk you through everything ! I cant 100% rember what they said about replacment but it was longer than what i thought it was as i thought it was 10 years but i read on chats can be up to 40 years so god knows haha ! I feel the best message to get across when u tell them is that its for YOU not anybody else so they know its not just to show off haha but i have been asking my mum n dad since 14 so they knew it was gonna happen so i guess that made it easier for me but i still first told my parents over the phone that i made an appointment as i was scared haha ! Thank you i cant wait now xx

Omg that’s way longer than I was expecting, that’s great! And yeah that’s all that matters isn’t it, what makes you happy not everyone else. I’ve read your updates, so glad it all went well for you! Yay! xx
