Advice needed please. BA and uplift

Hi Ladies

I have today been for my consultation with the surgeon who has recommended uplift and 300cc implants. The implants he recommended were under the muscle. I am so confused by the under the muscle, over the muscle, highers etc. What is the actual difference between them, do they effect size and how up they are? I am worried that 300cc will be too small. Currently have saggy b’s, really wanted to be a full D OR dd. If anyone has any pics to share id be grateful. I don’t have insta unfortunately so cant follow anyone on there. Thanks in advance ladies, hoping to get this info so I can ring and pay my deposit to secure surgery for June 🙂

Hey I’m POD13 , I had 240L and 330R and I had my implants under the muscle it’s suppose to be better more natural I can’t remember what my surgeon said ,you should definitely get insta it will help you loads,you can see what others look like with the same size your having done or look on the site called real self that has lots of images and will help you 🙂 xxx

What size were you before and what size are you hoping to be. Iv seen some not ao great upluft pics and a friend of mine had 275cc implants altho no uplift and hers look small. I dont want the fake look but at same time paying so much out i want them to look like theyve been done so just a bit more than tje natural look if that makes sense lol xx

My uplift with implants 250 cc were done in one go and cost a little over £ and not happy with the result at all! I am 2 weeks PO and there are folds at the bottom of the right cleavage. It just looks untidy I think. My next nurse consultation is on Tuesday and will discuss this with her but she has been saying I am healing well! But healing well with an untidy result is not what you would want isn’t it!

Did u pay finance or full payment. As sometimes whrn i see prices they seem so high so assuming its a finance price with apr added on? Ccan i ask who was your surgeon please. I am so worried about spending so much money and being unhappy afterwards!
