Went for my consultation with dr mounir and he has offered me 470 cc naterelle implants . However because of the extra cost i decided to go with 460 cc CUI implants instead .
I went for a second consultation with him as i feel worried that the 460 will not acheive a big DD (im an a cup now ) but he said the next size up in CUI is 524 and he will not offer me those as my frame is too small . im also now concerned about rippling with the CUI as he has warned me off them .
My question basically is this , should i pay extra for the naterelle ones ? will they look bigger than the 460 cc CUI or do they look the same ? and is the rippling affect really decreased ? any opinions would be good thanks 🙂 i really want my breasts to be a DD and not a D, id actually prefer them to look like an E!! i dont want to be dissapointed . my operation is in 4 weeks . thankyou 🙂 xx

    Hi hun
I’m having my op in 4 weeks as well! 🙂 I’m having natrelle. I think for all the money you’re paying for the op anyway you may as well go for the better quality implant. I have researched loads and they are supposed to reduce risk of rippling and capsular contracture because of their textured shell. The gel inside the natrelle is supposed to look and feel more natural as well. I’m having extra full projection too my surgeon told me the higher projection the less rippling x x x

Hey hun if im honest if I were you I would listen to what surgeon feels is best for you he will do his best to get the results size ect you want. I would ask him what he thinks is best as he knows what he is doing hun if you explain the look you want he will be able to advise you what is best.
Im 10 days post op I had 380cc cui whick has took me from a B to a DD so far as all the swelling hasnt gone yet.
But I would ask him what he feels is best for you x

Natrelle are FDA approved, CUI are not. Given that the FDA has the funding and a higher standard than European testers, I would go with Natrelle based on that alone. X

From my own experience of surgeon consultations and from the girls on here, it seems different surgeons have different preferences. Some will say there is no difference between CUI and naturelle, and some will say there is no difference, some will only suggest the naturelles. Christina is right, the Naturelles are FDA approved, so they have been rigrously tested and approved.

Here is a link to the Naturelle implant catalogue if it helps:

Yeah they are around £500 more. I always go with the saying, you get what you pay for, I went with the natrelles and like hannah said, theyre better quality, less chance of rippling and capsular contracture – for that alone £500 is totally worth it xx

    thanks hun 🙂 x

wow thats a good deal, i will deffo need to stay in over night as i have no one to collect me and take me home . I dont think i would be able to have a late space because im paying in full two and a half weeks before ….and have booked time off work. but due to the fact im paying in cash and not finance i think i should qualify for a discount x
