Advice needed- uplift and enlargement

Hi ladies, I am after some advice please? I am still at the research stage but before I book consultations (i live quite far from the nearest clinic) i want to have an idea of what I need. First off, I HATE my boobs-everything about them, the areola is huge and misshaped so I’d like that reduced, I’m currently a cup d but there isn’t anything at the top and they are just a horrible shape… I dont want to go much bigger, i just want them fuller and higher. I’ve done the pencil test (as pictured) and it stays put ☹ I’m abit dubious of a lift though due to the scarring. I’ve been researching online and all the before pics I’ve seen look great so the after pics look incredible. I just worry that i wouldn’t be able to acheive such amazing results because my boobs are awful to begin with. I’ve attached some pictures-any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated. Hi I’m currently just over 3 weeks into healing my boobs were far worse than yours and I had very little breast tissue at all. You seem to have quite a lot of breast tissue I think you will be more than happy with an uplift and implant…I am over the moon with mine it was completely worth it and my scarring is at an amazing stage already only 3 weeks on. Mr Mahdi is a specialist in scarring and he is so precise and his attention to detail is second to none. He is extremely experienced and I would use him again in a heart beat (if ever needed) . You have got so much to work with, I think you will achieve amazing results!!!!!!!!!

Hi Louise, thanks for the reply. Your boobs look incredible!!! You must be over the moon with them. I’m still researching places to go, is Mr mahdi a mya surgeon or did you do it through another clinic?xx

Mr Mahdi was through mya. He is currently transitioning over from transform. I absolutely love my results….it really couldn’t have gone any better!!! Even if it’s just a consultation with him you don’t have to make a decision right there and then but I highly recommend just speaking with him before you chose else where xx

Mine were awful and my surgeon dr giannas was AMAZING !! He is soo careful with his work! I had no pain and no brusing! I had uplift and 275cc implants xx

Tania mine are slot like yours and I have been advised to have just an uplift x

Hi. I’m new to the forum and 4 days post op. I’ve had one lift and implant and one just implant due to asymmetric breasts. One A and one D originally. I had Mr Giannis at the Fitzroy Hospital London.
