Advice on implants

May be a daft question but does anyone know if the bigger the implant you have does that mean the fuller the new breasts will be ?
I had the choice between 325 or 345 in the end I went for 345 implants as I was a very , very flat 32 A . I only had the opp on September 10 so although its very early days I’m just wondering if any one knew the answer to this please ( sorry to be so thick ) lol at the moment mine are still swollen I’m hoping as they are very round and full like two footballs stuck on my chest !!!

Hello Hun! It’s the profile (low/moderate/high/extra high) and projection of your implants that determine the fullness! Also where the implant is possioned (unders/overs/partials) what type of implant also determines the fullness too! I went with round partials extra high profile! Instead of tear drop, high profiles, as I wanted a little bit more fullness at the top! As the tear drop shape would give me less projection then what I have now! That’s what you’re surgeons consultation is all about to tailor it to your body shapeand size also breast tissue and what size you are aiming for! If you google ‘implant profile’ and ‘breast augmentation projection’ your’ll find some diagrams that will help you understand but I hope this helped too xx
