    Hey ladies
So it’s my birthday on Tuesday 24 wow! And I’ll be out next Saturday I’ll be about 16 days post opp. I wanted to wear a nice top so I don’t want to be wearing my big thick bra out not sexy… will it kill me to be out with a stick on bra? I don’t plan to get to drunk but will it kill me to not wear a bra for one night?? Help please ladies! X

It’s not advisable but I done it, just make sure as soon as you get home you put your sports bra back on and I’m sure you’ll be fine xx

I honestly wouldn’t reccomend a stick on bra at just over 2 wks post op especialy if your going to be out four or 5 hours, youve paid allot for your op, your implants really do need supporting until there accomodated by your body and your fully healed that doesn’t happen in 2 weeks, if you research all the post op rules there are vast differences depending on which company/surgeon you use and which country your in when it comes to the sleeping position reccomendations, dietry choices, and recovery times exercise limits but one rule that stands solid right across the board is the supportive post surgery bra, they all say 6 weeks im sure theres a good reason for that i wouldnt risk it Rachel not so soon, im not sure if you had unders or overs (i had unders) but i can remember at that point in my recovery even taking it off to have a bath brought discomfort and a very heavy bearing down feeling xxx
P.s i am a bit of a worrier! Im 42 though, at 24 i didn’t worry much about anything and probably would have gone out naked rather than wear these bras on a night out, my nights out then lasted 72 hours i can’t do 6 now! so you do what you feel is best for you! And happy birthday for tuesday xxx

Hi ladies thank you for your advice and help! I’m still so undecided but your right they wouldn’t say 6 weeks if it wasn’t serious! I’ll just have to wear a bloody Big Bag to cover me ahaha! And thank you for the birthday wishes xx

I wouldn’t reccomend it as two weeks is very early but if you can’t find anything to wear in these big bras I’m sure you will be able to find like a smaller crop top thing which is fitted which may lie better under clothing. Will give you better support than a stick on would x

I saw a girl on the insta accounts say she went braless for 3 hours at 3 weeks post op and she’s been suffering with pain ever since (it’s been about a week) isit really worth it for one night??? I wouldn’t risk it if I was you! Just get yourself an outfit that’s cover up at the top and show abit of leg! Xxx

I went braless at i think it was 5 or 6 weeks post opp, and even for them few hours ( tight dress did give some support ) I was in pain , they ached for the last few hours so I just had to go home.
I’d be super careful especially 2 weeks post opp.

Hiya, I had the same dilemma as I had a wedding to attend on d9po I asked my surgeon if it would be ok to be braless for a few hours and he advised that it should not be a problem provided I put my bra back on at my earliest convenience.
I ended up being braless for about 5 hours and felt absolutely fine, no pain or anything following
    I had a 550cc overs

Hi ladies! I went braless! Tight top and nipple covers for about 6 hours! I was fine I think it’s because I had overs and a small implant! Thank you for all your advice!! X
